About this retreat

The Sexuality of the Heart is an invitation to stop, get out of the everyday noise and enter a well-kept space where you can feel yourself again from a deeper place.
It is a retreat to reconnect with the heart not only as an emotional center, but as an organ of perception, presence and life; an inner place from which to rediscover your embodied human identity: your sexuality, your spirituality and your bond with the earth, with others and with yourself.
Here sexuality is not understood in a reduced or mental way, but as a vital force, as the flow of life that crosses the human being when he truly inhabits his body, his sensitivity and his profound truth. This retreat proposes a return to that essential experience, beyond conditioning, learned patterns or ways of perceiving built from the outside.
The goal of the retreat
The purpose of this meeting is to accompany you to reconnect with the deepest areas of your human heart to rediscover your identity from a truer, more embodied and freer place.
Through nature, silence, presence, experiential practice and accompaniment, we will create the conditions for another form of listening and perception to be opened. A perception less guided by demand, fear or adaptation, and more connected to the deep wisdom of the body and the heart.
It is not a matter of learning a formula or following an imposed path. It is about opening a space where what needs to emerge can emerge, and holding it with respect, without judgment, with firmness, sensitivity and presence.
Some keys to this retreat
Nature as a space for reconnection.
Immersion in nature is an essential part of the process. The earth ceases to be just a stage and becomes a living presence, a link and support. In contact with it, the heart can be resynchronized with deeper, more organic rhythms.
The heart as a place of truth.
This work is based on an understanding of the heart that goes beyond the emotional. The heart appears here as a center of perception and vital orientation, as a place from which to live the day to day in a way more aligned with who you really are.
Sexuality as a flow of life
Sexuality is approached as living energy, as an expression of the embodied being, as a profound movement that is part of our humanity and our way of being present in life.
Accompaniment without judgment
One of the essential features of this approach is that it is not based on "I know and I teach you", but on respectful accompaniment of what each person discovers for himself. From unconditional acceptance, receptivity and deep respect for the unique process of each participant.
A living and not rigid work
The proposals are not experienced as a closed structure, but as a firm and secure framework that, at the same time, can be adapted to the real needs that emerge in the group and in each process.
What you can find in this space
During the retreat, an experiential process will be opened that may include moments of silence, connection practices, spaces of presence in nature, dynamics of deep listening, group accompaniment and moments of more individualized attention according to what the process needs.
The intention is not to fill with activities, but to create a context that is solid and sensitive enough for something true to be revealed and take shape.
A previous interview is also required, to take care of the entrance to the retreat and clarify the meaning of participation, as well as the possibility of a subsequent accompaniment for those who feel that they want to continue deepening and integrating what they have experienced.
Within the focus of the process, the incorporation of a personalized astrological look as a tool of support and understanding for each participant has also been proposed. MORE INFO
